Blueberry Iced Tea Cocktail

Blueberry Iced Tea Cocktail

Light and refreshing Blueberry Iced Tea Cocktails have nothing like blueberry in them but the amazing combination of Amaretto Di Soranno and Grand Marnier sweeten this summer cocktail with a flavor combination that is reminiscent of blueberries and perfect for a warm summer's day.

When it's time for a back yard party, I love cocktails that can be made ahead in quantity so that I'm free from mixing drinks repeatedly and I can spend more time enjoying our guests.

Blueberry Iced Tea Cocktails can be made individually or by the pitcher and what I like about this pitcher cocktail is that it can be made the day before and stored in the refrigerator. Ready to go instantly for guests.

I think it's actually better the second day because the lemon wheels have had time to infuse the tea properly. It's also okay to make up a pitcher and not drink the whole thing. Just save it in the refrigerator for later.
