Sprouted Wheat Sourdough Bread with Pumpkin Seeds and Dried Cherries
Moist and chewy sprouted wheat sourdough bread, slightly sweetened with molasses and punctuated with sweet and tangy jewels of dried cherries! This bread is delicious in so many ways. It has a rich golden tan color and beautifully blistered chewy crust.
Stuffed Sourdough Pizza Rolls
Making these home made stuffed sourdough pizza rolls was so fun! I made some sourdough bread dough and let it rise then cut it into pieces and stuffed it. I let it rise again and then slit the top exposing the pizza filling interior and baked. Half way through baking I turned the pans around then sprayed them with a bit of olive oil and added some more cheese before putting them back into the oven to finish.
Simple Semolina Sourdough Bread
Semolina sourdough bread is so tasty. It's one of my very favorite to make for dinner. I love what the hard semolina flour does to the texture and color of this bread. It's moist and light with a slightly chewy crust and the semolina gives it a warm inviting yellow color. It's yummy with butter or dipped in your favorite olive oil and balsamic vinegar. This bread would make excellent French Toast too.
Sourdough Garden Focaccia Bread with Whole Wheat
Fun and really tasty, this delicious Focaccia Bread smells like a pizza while it's baking! Impress your guests or just enjoy getting creative and enjoy the feast.
Decorating a Garden Focaccia is simple and simply beautiful. Start with my favorite Sourdough Focaccia recipe made with some stoned ground whole wheat flour, trust me, you can do this.
Anadama Bread
Anadama bread is a hearty lightly sweet bread that originated and is still very popular in the north eastern United States. We love it with soup, for sandwiches but best of all as toast for breakfast. It has a slightly crispy quality from the cornmeal when toasted that's really wonderful!
Jumbo Apple Granola Sourdough Breakfast Muffins
Jumbo Apple Granola Sourdough Breakfast Muffins are hearty and tasty! They will fill you up and keep you going. The granola softens as it soaks up the moisture from the apples and the maple syrup giving these sourdough muffins great texture and flavor that's not too dense.
Saffron Poppy Seed Sourdough Epi Bread
A stunning yet simple bread for your next holiday table! Making rustic French pain d'epi bread is a surprisingly easy process. I've infused this baguette with saffron and turmeric, it's beautiful golden color and warm flavor is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate.

How to Make Great Croutons
I always have bits of leftover bread ends and pieces after dinner and this is what I do with them.
I save all of the ends and pieces in my freezer until I have enough for a batch of oven baked croutons. The more varieties of breads involved the better this is and these crunchy savory croutons are so easy to make, just thaw out the bread pieces and get chopping.
Cranberry Sourdough Bread
This savory sourdough bread is studded with tangy sweet dried cranberries that re-hydrate during the rising and baking process. It is amazing when warmed or toasted with a bit of butter. Cranberry sourdough bread is truly a versatile bread that I like to serve with dinner or breakfast. I'm sure it's going to make fantastic grilled cheese sandwiches one day at my house. It would also be perfect for making crostini to serve with baked brie.
Whole Wheat Sourdough Rye Bread
This large hearty loaf has great complex flavor. Lightly sweet and nutty with just enough tang from the sourdough to keep it really interesting. It's also very versatile. We like to start by using as a side at dinner but the next day or two we use it up making toast or sandwiches.
Healthy Avocado Sourdough Toast with Tobiko and Cilantro
This is one of my all time favorite breakfasts. Have you tried avocado toast yet? It's creamy and savory, crunchy and toasty! It's filling and has just the right combination of protein, healthy fats and carbs to keep me going for a long time. And just think of all the antioxidants that this breakfast delivers!
Of course this makes a yummy lunch as well as a great appetizer course or party tray food. This would be awesome on little sourdough rounds for a cocktail party.
Seeded Sourdough Sandwich Bread
Seeded Sourdough Sandwich Bread has amazing flavor! A little sweet, a little tangy, just enough salt to keep it interesting and the tasty seeds. Millet that pops between your teeth, crunchy poppy seeds and buttery sunflower seeds, yum! You really should try this bread.
