Ingredients

2 cups All Purpose Flour

1 cup bread flour

1 teaspoon active dry yeast

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 tablespoon softened butter

 - plus more for brushing

1 cup sourdough starter, fed the night before

1 cup warm milk, water or whey at about 105 degrees

1/2 cup flour for forming the rolls
