Beautiful soft rosemary and garlic scented harvest bread. This bread makes your house smell wonderful! It's light in texture and color with a chewy crust.

Beautiful soft rosemary and garlic scented  harvest bread. This bread makes your house smell wonderful! It's light in texture and color with a chewy crust.

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup bread flour ( I used King Arthur Brand)


2 tsp Fleischmann's active dry yeast


1 1/2 tsp salt


2 Tbsp crushed dried Rosemary


2 tsp dried minced garlic


1 cup sourdough starter


1 to 1 1/4 cup warm water ( about 110 degrees)

(start with 1 cup and add a tablespoon at a time until the dough comes together)




Olive Oil


Cornmeal or Semolina Flour
