Sherars Bridge to Cascade Cliffs Winery

This ride is a variation of what we call the Sherars Bridge Loop. Not exactly a loop this time but it includes some of our favorite places from Grass Valley, OR to a beautiful winery in Washington State.

Old Hwy 30 was closed at Rowena Crest when we made this trip due to a rock slide so we took the Marsh Cutoff road and looped around Seven Mile High back to The Dalles. Usually we would come back via Rowena Curves to The Dalles but doing Seven Mile Hill road in both directions is a stunning ride with amazing views of the Columbia River and The Dalles as you come back into the Chenowith area.

We had a great lunch at the Rivertap Pub in The Dalles and later enjoyed a wine tasting at Cascade Cliffs Winery before calling it a day.
