Backwoods Brewing Company, Carson WA
A Restaurant Review
Ridge Run Stout and Copperline Amber
This is an awesome pub!
We stopped in for our second visit on July 4, 2018 for lunch on our way out into the back roads of southern Washington State for an afternoon of wilderness joyriding and amazing views in our Dune Buggy.
Mt Adams, Klickitat County WA
What a great way to spend the day. We're going to have to do this again. Maybe we'll bring some friends along next time! We saw crazy beautiful views and even visited Natural Bridges and Guler Ice Caves near Trout Lake, WA. This is a back road we highly recommend.
It's a half day journey so we thought we'd have a great lunch before heading up the mountain and Backwoods Brewing Company was surely the right spot for the day. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside on their huge patio and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The food is great and so are the brews. We had some wonderful sandwiches the last time we were here so today we went for salad and pizza.
The Backwoods Signature Salad.
Backwoods:
mixed greens, red onions, tomatoes, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds and feta,
dressed with our house citrus vinaigrette
$11 entree - $6 smallā
We split the small salad. It came in a large pretty wooden bowl. Lovely!
Next we shared a medium Tropic Thunder Pizza. It was fabulous! Spicy and a little sweet.
Tropic Thunder:
pepperoni, pineapple, jalapenos
Large $23.75 - Med $20.50 - Small $12
Next time you are anywhere near Carson, WA give Backwoods Brewing a try. We think they are great!
