Exploring with Edna! CB Radio Bracket Guide

The following guide is the rough guide in which to bend the CB Radio Bracket that I have designed. It is designed to provide up to 11x25in of surface area to mount any form of equipment in the center of the cab between the passenger and driver on the ceiling. The unit cost is $75 (just the metal bracket) and should work in any 2 door 1981 to 1991 Montero, Raider, Pajero.

Please click this link for the installation guide for the non bending stages.

*Please confirm this design will work for the fit and model of your rig as all sales are final*

Step 1 bend the front tap downwards to 35-40 degrees

Step 2 bend the rear arms on each side upwards to 30 degrees at 2.5in towards the rear of the arm.

Step 3 bend the rear arms 1in after the bend in step 2 downwards to create a straight arm to go into the rear support frame area.

*This is just a guide and the angles I bent the parts to. You can mount differently if you choose so.*

Thanks for the purchase of the CB Radio Bracket. I hope it works out well and you now have more options on mounting gear in your rig.
