Smoked Pork Wraps

Smoked Pork Wraps

Smoked Pork Wraps are a delicious use of my Smoked Pork Loin and a great alternative to a traditional Gyro. Fresh mustard greens, thick slices of tomato and red onion drizzled with a quick and easy Yogurt Pesto Tahini Dressing, they are really full of flavor!

Smoked Pork Loin

This recipe is something I like to make the day after I've made my Slow Smoked Pork Loin Roast.

The thing about cooking a pork loin roast is that there are almost always leftovers unless you are cooking for a party. That means I get to make a meal out of it again that will take only minutes, like these Smoked Pork Wraps, Smoked Pork Loin Sliders or a Smoked Pork Loin Stir-fry.

It's so easy to mix up some Yogurt Pesto Tahini Dressing and warm up the pork and some wraps in the oven. You'll have a lean healthy dinner done in no time.

These Smoked Wraps are great for lunch, dinner or a gathering.

The cool veggies and yogurt dressing are especially tasty when it's really hot outside but are you looking for football season recipes yet?

These would be great for feeding a crowd on game day!

Cheers!

Slice the pork into thick strips and warm them in foil in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Warm the flat breads wrapped in foil at the same time as the pork strips.
